Returns

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged product, we will replace it at no additional cost.

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defect/damage.
