Its surface is made from UV-stabilized solution-dyed polypropylene fibers formed into a dense hobnail needle-punch pattern that mimics natural coco mats—without the drawbacks of natural fibers.

Beneath that, you’ll find a robust heavy-duty rubber backing that ensures stability, prevents curling and holds its form under carts, dollies and heavy foot traffic. With a low profile thickness of approximately 3/8″ and compatibility with recessed applications, this mat blends performance and ease of installation.
